What is your Return Policy?
  • Due to a considerable amount of our products being single use, sterilized, disposable and to be used on clients in an aesthetic or cosmetic tattooing application we are unable to accept returns.
  • We do however have message us buttons on every page to answer any and all questions on products you may have. You may also contact us by texting or calling (306)612-2119 anytime 24/7 or send us an email: to assist you in making the right purchase.

What if I received a defective or broken item?

  • Even though our shipping department takes great care in packaging, inspecting and cushioning your products prior to shipping, mishaps can occur either during or prior to delivery.
  • In these rare instances, we may upon our discretion request pictures or video of the product to be sent to us to see if there is any possible quick solutions. 
  • Depending on the product, at our discretion we may refund the purchase, exchange, provide store credit or replace the item.
  • Cosmetic Tattooing / PMU machines, LED Headlamps, Lighting and Furniture we may request to ship back to us prepaid.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can contact customer service @ 306-612-2119 or email: to start the claim process. Please have your order ID handy and date of purchase. 

What do I do if I never received my order I’ve already placed?

  • Shipping in Canada is via Canada Post with tracking numbers. In the unlikely event the item does not arrive contact customer service @ 306-612-2119 (call or text). 
  • We will do our best to find your package!

What are my Shipping Options?

  • Our Shipping Department uses Canada Post for Canadian shipments.
  • We send all products with tracking numbers and provide status updates so you know when it’s coming.
  • We also offer Free In-Store Same-day Pickup Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Furniture (Massage Beds) are not available for flat rate shipping and only available via In Store pick up.
